I had a mixed experience at 286 Piazza San Marco. The room was absolutely stunning, with very nice views over Piazza San Marco and the Basilica, but finding the place was quite a hassle. The entrance and common areas felt a bit neglected, and the lack of on-site staff was inconvenient.

My stay at 286 Piazza San Marco was pretty awesome overall. The location was unbeatable, just a minute from St. Mark's Square, where I loved chilling and listening to live music. Although the stairs were a bit tough and the shower controls were tricky, the stunning view from my room made up for it. Overall, I’d rate it an 8 out of 10.

Luggage handling became a hassle and the owner wasn't very accommodating. Overall, I can't overlook the charm of the area, but improvements could be made.
